1 kilogram potatoes
500 grams Tomatoes
1 scoop Mozzarella
2 garlic cloves
1 Red chili pepper
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
7 Tbsps olive oil
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub potatoes and cook in boiling salted water. Drain, rinse and peel.

2.

Cut mozzarella into small cubes.

3.

Peel and chop garlic.

4.

Rinse chile pepper, trim, remove seeds and chop.

5.

Mix garlic and chile pepper with 5 tablespoons olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.

6.

Cut the tomatoes and potatoes into slices.

7.

Brush a baking dish with oil and layer in the potatoes and tomatoes, sprinkling each layer with mozzarella and coat each layer with some of the seasoning oil. Drizzle with remaining oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 30 minutes.
