6 Tomatoes
125 grams Mozzarella
1 tsp butter (for the pan)
250 milliliters Vegetable broth
150 milliliters Whipped cream
salt
freshly ground peppers
Nutmeg
2 Tbsps chopped parsley (to sprinkle)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Peel, rinse and slice the potatoes. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into very thin slices. Thinly slice the mozzarella.

Grease a casserole dish with butter and alternately layer the potato and tomato slices in the dish.

Mix the broth and cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the cream over the dish and place the mozzarella slices on top. Bake for about 40 minutes, until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
