800 grams waxy potatoes (cCooked, from the previous day)
350 grams cooked Beef
100 grams fatty Smoked bacon (sliced)
2 yellow onion
2 Tbsps clarified butter
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ tsp noble sweet ground paprika
2 Tbsps marjoram
250 grams Cherry tomatoes

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and slice potatoes. Cut beef and bacon into strips. Peel onions, cut in half lengthwise and slice into columns.

2.

Heat butter in a large frying pan sauté onions and bacon. Remove from pan and set aside. 

3.

Add remaining butter to pan. Add potatoes and cook until crispy. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and marjoram.

4.

Put bacon-onion mixture and beef back into pan, cook for another 5 minutes. Rinse tomatoes, cut in half crosswise and add to pan. Heat everything again and season well. Serve in pan.
