250 grams Pastry flour

2 Tbsps milk

1 Tbsp butter
100 grams cooked ham (without fat edge)
200 grams Sausage
1 tsp marjoram
2 Tbsps parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cook in water for 25 minutes. Drain, peel and press through a ricer. Mix with flour, egg, milk and salt and knead to a smooth dough.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Sweat it in butter. Finely dice the ham. Peel the bratwurst and remove the meat. Mix the ham, onions, brat meat and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.

With moistened hands, form the potato dough into 8 dumplings, In each center, put 1 teaspoon of meat batter. Boil salted water, add the dumplings, turn down the heat and cook about 20 minutes until done. Goes well with cabbage and tomatoes.
