800 grams waxy potatoes
3 Tbsps milk
200 grams Pastry flour
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
1 egg

30 grams clarified butter

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and rinse potatoes, grate coarsely and mix with milk, flour, parsley and egg. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

2.

Heat butter in a pan and place potato mixture into it. Smooth and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
