- 800 grams waxy potatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- softened butter (for the pan)
- 150 grams Camembert
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly grated Nutmeg
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C upper and lower heat.

Peel or scrub potatoes, to taste. Slice thinly. Peel and halve garlic. Rub baking pan with cut garlic and butter well. Cut Camembert into slices. Layer potatoes in a baking pan, arrange cheese slices over. Whisk cream with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over potatoes. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
