¼ cup butter
¼ cup cream (48% fat)

Preparation steps

1.
Peel the potatoes and cut in half.
2.
Place the potatoes in a large pan of water over a high heat. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil.

Cover and cook the potatoesuntil tender.
