- 6 medium-sized Sweet potato (peeled and cut into one-inch cubes)
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt

Preparation steps

Boil a large pot of water and cook sweet potatoes for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain.

Add butter, milk, cinnamon and salt to sweet potatoes. Beat or mash until smooth, light and fluffy. Serve.
