500 grams starchy potatoes
2 onions
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
100 grams marbled Bacon
2 eggs
salt
peppers
2 Tbsps Pastry flour

Preparation steps

Scrub potatoes and cook in salted water for about 30 minutes. Drain and peel. Press through the ricer and cool in a bowl. Peel  onions and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion until soft. Chop bacon finely and add to onion, saute briefly.  Combine onion and bacon with eggs and add to potatoes.Season with salt and pepper, add flour and make patties our of the mixture about 3 cm in diameter (approximately 1 inch). Heat oil in a pan and cook pancakes for about 8 minutes or until golden brown, turning over once.

If wanted, prepare pancakes in butter. Serve.
