1 kilogram waxy potatoes
1 egg
100 grams Pastry flour

4 Tbsps Sour cream

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onion and grate finely. Peel the potatoes, rinse and mix with the onions. Squeeze and drain the liquid. Now, add egg and flour to the potato mixture and mix carefully. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in pan for frying. For each pancake, pour 2 tablespoons of batter in the pan and fry till golden brown on both sides. Keep the pancakes warm in the oven until all the batches are finished.

3.

Place the pancakes on a paper towel and allow to drain. Place the pancakes on plates and garnish with 1 tablespoon sour cream. Serve immediately.
