Preparation steps

Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel the potatoes, rinse and finely grate. Mix with the onion, eggs, cornstarch and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Melt the butter in a large frying pan, add small mounds of potato mixture, flatten slightly and cook until golden brown on both sides, around 3-4 minutes per side.
