- 1 kilogram potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 500 milliliters Beef broth
- 4 Tbsps Wine vinegar
- salt
- 2 Pickle
- 2 bunches Chives
- 150 grams Bacon (smoked)
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 100 milliliters Sour cream
Preparation steps

Rinse potatoes and cook in salted boiling water until al dente. In a pot, warm broth and wine vinegar. Peel cooked potatoes and cut into thin slices. Place in a bowl and pour warm broth over. Let marinate at least 1 hour.

Meanwhile, slice onion and pickles. Gently fold onion and pickles into potatoes.

Stir together mayonnaise and sour cream mix with potatoes. Sprinkle potato salad with chives.
4.
Cut bacon into small cubes. Fry until crispy, drain in a sieve and sprinkle over the potato salad.
5.
Chill potato salad about 2 hours before serving.
