- 4 size potatoes (floury)
- salt
- 200 grams Crème fraiche
- peppers (ground)
- 1 Cherry tomato
- 4 Basil
- 6 Leeks
- 4 Dill
Preparation steps

Cook the potatoes in salted boiling water for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, stir the crème fraîche until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
Rinse the tomatoes and cut into quarters. Rinse the herbs and shake them dry. Chop the chives into small pieces.

Drain the potatoes and arrange them onto plates. Slice them open at the top and push them apart slightly.
Spoon the crème fraîche into the potato and sprinkle with the chives. Garnish with remaining herbs and the tomato.
Best served whilst the potato is still hot.
