32 King prawn (peeled)
2 lemons (juice and zest)
2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 tsp Cumin
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 cup Long grain rice
lemons (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Mix the prawns with the lemon juice and zest, garlic, cumin seeds and 2 tablespoons of the oil. Set aside to marinade for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the packet instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
3.
Thread the prawns onto wooden skewers. Heat the remaining oil in large frying pan (skillet) and gently cook the prawn skewers for about 2 minutes on both sides or until the prawns are cooked through.
4.
Serve the skewers on a bed of rice garnished with the lemon slices.
