2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps Pine nuts
50 grams room temperature butter
salt

1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp grated Lemon peel
1 Tbsp Parmesan (freshly grated)
1 Grissini
16 slices Prosciutto

Preparation steps

1.

Drain artichoke hearts. Peel garlic.

Roughly chop artichoke hearts and puree with garlic, pine nuts, and butter. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Finally, stir in Parmesan. Season again to taste.

3.

Wrap each breadstick with 1 slice of prosciutto.

4.

To serve, place 4 Grissini in a bowl and serve with some of the artichoke butter. Garnish with olives.
