200 grams Puff pastry dough (frozen)
1 egg yolk
1 Tbsp milk
4 Tbsps Sesame seeds
24 thin slices Prosciutto (Parma ham or Serrano ham)

Preparation steps

Thaw the puff pastry and roll out on a floured work surface. Mix together the egg and milk and brush over the dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and press lightly into the dough. Cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/3 inch) wide strips, using a ruler to help.

Carefully place on a parchment-lined sheet tray and bake until golden brown in a preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 10-15 minutes. Let cool and serve wrapped in prosciutto.
