200 grams Double cream cheese (60-75% fat)
25 milliliters Whipped cream
freshly ground peppers
1 pkg Sesame grissini (125 grams)
150 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

For the pesto: Rinse basil and shake dry. Peel and halve garlic. With an immersion blender, puree basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil and Parmesan cheese.

For the Grissini: Stir cream cheese with cream until smooth and season with pepper. Dip each breadstick halfway in cheese mixture, then wrap each with a slice of prosciutto. Serve immediately with pesto.
