- 50 grams Mayonnaise
- 50 grams Quark
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- lemon juice
- 50 grams Arugula
- Red Bell pepper
- yellow Bell pepper
- 4 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 8 slices Prosciutto (trimmed of fat)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix mayonnaise with quark. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Rinse arugula and spin dry. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half and remove ribs and seeds. Cut into strips.
2.
Spread mayonnaise mixture over slices of toast. Top two slices of toast with arugula, bell peppers and prosciutto. Cover with remaining toast slices. Cut diagonally and serve.
