Preparation steps

1.

Thaw puff pastry slices for about 10 minutes. Cut out 2 rabbits from each piece of dough and place on a lined baking tray.

Whisk egg yolk and brush dough with it. Sprinkle with almonds and sugar. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 12 minutes.
