2 Zucchini
200 grams button Mushroom
1 garlic clove
75 grams grated Cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Thinly roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4 heart-shapes (about 15 cm (approximately 6 inch) diameter). Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with cheese, leaving a border of about 1 cm free.

Rinse the zucchini and cut into thin slices.

Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and also cut into slices.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Place the zucchini and mushrooms on the puff pastry. Season with the herbs and chilli flakes and then lightly season with salt. Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake in the preheated oven at 200° C(approximetly 400° F) for about 25 to 30 minutes. Bake until golden and crispy. Season with freshly ground pepper just before serving.
