800 milliliters Vegetable broth

1 Tbsp mild Curry powder
200 grams Sour cream (or crème fraîche)

Preparation steps

Dice pumpkin. Heat olive oil in a saucepan and saute in hot. Add thyme and broth, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
