- 450 grams Pumpkin
- 350 grams small Vine tomato
- 3 Red onions
- 1 roll Puff pastry dough (about 270 grams, frozen)
- 30 grams melted butter
- salt
- 2 generous pinches Ground cinnamon
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 2 Tbsps black Sesame seeds
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C convection.

Cut pumpkin pulp into small cubes. Rinse tomatoes, remove stalks and halve. Peel and chop onions.

Line cake pan with parchment paper and line with thawed and rolled out puff pastry, making an edge all around and pricking the base with a fork several times. Arrange pumpkin, onions and tomatoes on top, brush with butter and season with salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
