- 400 grams Plum
- 400 grams Hokkaido pumpkin
- 2 shallots
- 2 cloves
- ½ tsp cilantro
- 2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
- 50 milliliters Red wine
- salt
- ground allspice
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse, quarter, and pit the plums. Core the pumpkin, rinse and slice into thin sticks.

Peel and finely dice the shallots. Sauté in hot oil with the pumpkin, cloves and coriander for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze with the red wine and simmer, covered, about 5 minutes.
3.
Add the plums, cook about 2 more minutes, uncovered, until tender and season with salt, pepper and allspice. Remove the cloves before serving.
