Preparation steps

Rinse potatoes thoroughly, pat dry with paper towels. Heat oil in a saucepan. Cut potatoes into thin slices and spread on paper towels. Pat dry with other paper towels, season with salt lightly.

Cook potato slices in portions in hot oil for 2-3 minutes per portion. Drain on paper towels and cool. Place into a bowl and serve.
