- 500 grams Gnocchi
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 250 grams Whipped cream
- 20 grams Sorrel
- 20 grams Chervil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Peel onion and chop finely. Heat butter in a pan and saute onion until soft. Add cream and simmer for about 5 minutes. Rinse herbs and shake dry, chop coarsely. Add herbs to the pan and puree with an immersion blender. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

Cook gnocchi in plenty of boiling salted water according to package instructions and drain well. Spread on plates and drizzle with sauce. Serve.
