- For the seafood
- 4 Scallop (ready to cook)
- 200 grams shrimp (ready to cook)
- 500 grams mussels (cleaned)
- 6 Tilapia
- 1 large Broccoli
- ½ bunch marjoram
- 2 handfuls Green beans
- For the broth
- 500 milliliters fish stock
- 2 Tbsps Crab paste
- 50 milliliters vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps Fish sauce
- 100 milliliters white wine
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse the beans. Rinse the broccoli, divide into florets and blanch in salted water for 3-5 minutes. Take out from water and rinse the brcoccoli florets with cold water. Place all the seafood in a bowl.
For the broth, put all the broth ingredients in a pot and add a pinch of marjoram, boil and then season with salt and pepper.

Add in the seafood. Loosen the clam meat from the shells. Add in the broccoli and beans, cook briefly again and season with salt and pepper. Transfer on plates and serve garnished with marjoram.
