½ lemon (juiced)
2 Tbsps Maple syrup
250 grams Vanilla yogurt
150 milliliters mineral water
Lemon balm (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the raspberries and pat dry. Puree the raspberries with the lemon juice and the maple syrup. Pass through a fine strainer to remove the seeds. 

2.

Remove 1/3 of the puree, then mix the rest with the vanilla yogurt and the water. If necessary, add a little more water to reach the desired consistency. 

3.

Pour the yogurt mixture into glasses. Stir in the remaining raspberry puree using a spoon. Garnish with the lemon balm and serve.
