2 large onions (chopped)
6 cups Tuna (diced)
4 Tomatoes (cubed)
2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
8 white potatoes (peeled and diced)
3 cups white wine
1 sprig thyme

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Brown the peppers and onions then add the pieces of tuna, tomato and garlic. Season and stir well.
2.
Add the wine, a glass of water, the slices of potato and the thyme.
3.
Cover and cook gently for 25 minutes.
4.
Adjust the seasoning to taste before serving with a sprig of thyme.
