- 400 grams cooked Long grain rice
- 300 grams chopped mixed Fruit (such as pineapple, kiwi, apple, orange segments)
- Vanilla bean (split and seeds scraped from the pod)
- juice of Limes
- juice of Organic orange
- 2 Tbsps cane sugar
- mint (to garnish)
Preparation steps

Mix together the orange and lime juice with sugar and vanilla seeds and mix with finely chopped fruit and rice.
