250 grams Brown rice flour
150 grams Potato starch
100 grams fine rice bran
1 cube Yeast (42 grams or approximately 1 1/2 oz)
1 tsp cane sugar
2 tsps Guar Gum
1 tsp salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Stir crumbled yeast with sugar and 100 ml (approximately 1/2 cup) of lukewarm water. Cover and let sit about 10 minutes.

Mix brown rice flour with potato starch, rice bran, guar gum and salt. Add yeast, vinegar and 300 ml (approximately 1 1/4 cup) of lukewarm water and knead thoroughly.

Place in a greased bread pan and let sit about 30-40 minutes in a warm place. Bake in a preheated convection oven at 200°C (approximately 375°F) about 60 minutes. After 50 minutes, brush with oil. Remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack. Slice and serve.
