- 350 grams Rice noodles
- 500 grams Sliced beef
- 250 grams green Beans
- salt
- 2 Red onions
- 200 grams Corn kernel (canned)
- 2 Tbsps Chile oil
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Preparation steps

Cook rice noodles according to package directions.

Rinse beef and pat dry. Rinse beans, trim and cook about 6 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain. Peel onions and cut into wedges. Drain corn. Heat oil in a saucepan and saute onions for 2-3 minutes until soft. Add meat and fry together for 2-3 minutes. Add beans and corn, mix, cook for 1-2 minutes and season with soy sauce and lemon juice. Arrange rice noodles on a plate and cover with beef mixture. Serve immediately.
