100 grams Snow peas
500 grams Broccoli
1 pc ginger (About 20 grams)

250 grams Rice noodles
1 bunch scallions
1 onion
150 grams Beef fillet
1 tsp Peanut oil
peppers
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Toast sesame in a dry skillet until golden brown and set aside.

Rinse snow peas and peel. Rinse broccoli and cut into uniform florets. Peel ginger and grate.

Blanch snow peas in a pot of boiling salted water for about 1 minute, drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Blanch broccoli in a pot of boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, drain, rinse with cool water and drain.

Cook pasta according to package instructions and drain.

Meanwhile, rinse scallions, trim and cut into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) long pieces. Peel onion and cut into thin half-rings. Cut beef into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) thick strips.

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Briefly saute snow peas, broccoli and scallions and season with salt and pepper. Set aside vegetables.

Fry meat strips in the wok until golden brown and also set aside. Saute onions until golden brown. Add ginger, lemon juice, honey and soy sauce, mix well and let simmer. Add noodles, warm again, mix, season to taste and sprinkle with sesame seeds. To serve, arrange everything on 4 plates.
