1 Bok Choy

300 grams Wide rice noodle
2 garlic cloves
150 grams Chicken breasts
1 pc fresh ginger (10 grams)
1 Tbsp sesame oil
3 Tbsps soy sauce
2 Tbsps Rice wine
1 tsp cornstarch

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse broccoli and bok choy and pat dry. Coarsely chop the bok choy.

2.

Blanch broccoli in a pot of boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes, drain, rinse under cold water and drain again.

Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions and drain.

Meanwhile, peel the garlic and chop finely. Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel and grate the ginger.

5.

Heat sesame oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the chicken strips and saute 1-2 minutes. Add the garlic, ginger, bok choy and broccoli and stir-fry together for 2-3 minutes.

6.

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice wine and cornstarch in a bowl and add it to the pan. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, then add the drained pasta, toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.
