1 tsp Lime juice
1 tsp finely chopped Basil
100 grams chopped Pistachio

Preparation steps

1.

Drain ricotta in a colander for several hours.

2.

Mix ricotta with lime zest, lime juice, basil, salt, pepper and a quarter of the pistachios.

3.

Form ricotta into balls. Sprinkle with remaining pistachios and serve with apricots if desired.
