Preparation steps

1.

For the filling, rinse the wild garlic and chop finely. Sauté in oil for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Shower with the oatmeal and leave to simmer, covered, over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Purée with a blender and season with salt if desired.

2.

To serve, cut the top off each of the rolls and scoop out part of the center.

Fill the rolls with the hot soup directly before serving.
