This spread is perfect for a restless stomach. The wild garlic aids digestion and has a generally calming effect on the stomach. Additionally, this spread is a great source of calcium which is important for strong bones and teeth!

Want some variation? Simply transform this recipe by replacing wild garlic with basil or scallions, and replace the black olives with sundried tomatoes.
