Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chicken inside and out and pat dry, then rub inside and out with salt and pepper and sprinkle with paprika.

Place the rosemary sprigs in the cavity and put the chicken in the oven bag. Pour in the wine, close the oven bag securely and pierce a few small holes over the chicken to vent, according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Place the chicken on a rack in a roasting pan in a preheated oven (180°C) (approximately 350°F) and bake for 50 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, carefully cut open the bag, remove the chicken and pour the braising juices into a saucepan. Make a sauce as desired.
