Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and cut the celery. Cut some of the celery into about 8 cm (approximately 3 inch) long strips and cut the rest into thin slices.

2.

Rinse the tomatoes, cut into quarters, remove seeds and dice. Mix with the celery slices, lemon juice, honey and canola oil. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

3.

Spread the cream cheese on rye crackers and the tomato mixture on top. Garnish with basil and serve.
