- 4 fresh, ripe Tomatoes (washed and sliced)
- 4 ozs Serrano ham (thinly sliced)
- kosher salt (to taste)

- 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
- fresh Basil (for garnish)
Preparation steps
