2 ozs lamb's lettuce
1 beet (cooked and vacuum packed)
½ bunch Radish
1 green Apple (e.g. Granny Smith)
½ lemon (juice)
14 ozs Smoked salmon (sliced)
1 tsp pink Pepper berries
1 oz small Caper (2 tbsp; jar)
salt

1 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsps olive oil
4 Dill

Preparation steps

1.

Clean lamb's lettuce, wash and spin dry. Cut beet into small cubes. Clean, wash and finely slice the radishes. Wash apple, quarter, core, cut into narrow wedges and sprinkle with 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Arrange smoked salmon slices slightly overlapping in the center of plates. Place apple slices and radish slices all around. Arrange lamb's lettuce and beet cubes on top and sprinkle with pink pepper berries and capers.

3.

For a dressing, mix remaining lemon juice with salt, pepper, honey and olive oil. Drizzle the salad with the dressing. Wash the dill, shake dry and garnish the salad with it.
