- 300 mixed Lettuce (such as Head, oak leaf, lamb's lettuce)
- 4 medium button Mushroom
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 yellow Bell pepper (sliced)
- 100 grams Feta
- 70 grams black Olives
- mild, pickled Pepperoncini
- 2 Tbsps Wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse lettuces, trim, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces.
2.
Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.
3.
Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into eighths.
4.
Cut feta cheese into cubes.
5.
Season vinegar with salt and pepper to taste and whisk in the oil.
6.
Mix all salad ingredients with the salad dressing and arrange decoratively on plates.
