- ½ handful Dill
- 1 Red onion
- ¼ Cucumber
- 150 grams sliced Smoked salmon
- lemon juice
- 200 grams cream cheese
- Nacho
Preparation steps

Rinse the dill, shake dry, pluck off the tops and chop about half. Peel, halve and finely dice the onion. Rinse and peel the cucumber, cut in half, scrape out the seeds and cut into small cubes. Cut the salmon into thin strips or cubes. Mix together gently the cucumber, onion, chopped dill and salmon and season with a dash of lemon. Top each tortilla chip with about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese and the salmon mixture. Garnish with the remaining dill and serve.
