200 grams short grain rice (or sushi rice)
150 grams Gravlax
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
salt
1 Tbsp Dill (finely chopped)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the rice in about ½ liter salt water about 20 min., covered to swell, then let evaporate well, season with vinegar and soy sauce and allow to cool completely.

2.

Finely dice salmon fillet, add to rice, mix well and form balls (tennis size) with wet hands. Garnish with dill.
