3 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp honey
400 grams cream cheese
1 generous pinch organic lemon zest

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad, rinse and trim the spinach and shake dry. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into quarters. Arrange decoratively on plates or a large platter, together with the spinach and the salmon. Mix the lemon juice with the honey and drizzle over the salad.

2.

Combine the cream cheese with the lemon zest and mix until creamy. Season with salt and pepper and distribute spoonfuls over the salad.

3.

Serve garnished with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
