- For the caviar sandwich
- 5 slices dark Whole Wheat Bread
- 1 hard-boiled egg (peeled)
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Salmon caviar
- 1 tsp Caviar
- Lettuce (beetroot leaves or arugula)
- 1 Lemon wedge
- For the apple sandwich
- ½ Apple
- 3 Pickled herring
- 1 Tbsp red onions (cut into strips)
- 1 Tbsp Sour cream
- Dill (for garnish)
- For the beef sandwich
- 2 Tbsps Sour cream
- 1 Pickle (chopped)
- 1 cooked egg (chopped)
- 3 slices Roast beef
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Tbsp Horseradish (freshly grated)
- 1 Tbsp cream cheese
- thin Cucumber
- 2 thin lemons
- 50 grams shrimp
- Sea salt
- For the gorgonzola sandwich
- Lettuce (oak leaf lettuce)
- 1 slice Gorgonzola
- Grape
Preparation steps
1.
Spread mayonnaise on wholemeal bread. Rinse and pat dry lettuce. put lettuce on bread. add halved egg to bread and garnish with caviar and lemon.

Spread sour cream on a slice of bread. Rinse apples, remove core and slice. Place in a fan shape on the bread. Garnish with onion and dill.

Mix creme fraiche with cucumber and egg. Season with salt and pepper and place on a slice of bread. Then arrange slices of roast beef on bread. Garnish with horseradish and season with salt and pepper.
4.
Spread cream cheese on a slice of bread and put cucumber, lemon and shrimp on top. Sprinkle with sea salt.
5.
Rinse lettuce and put on top of bread. Rinse grapes and cut in half. Add gorgonzola to bread and garnish with grapes. Serve immediately.
