- 4 Turkey escalope (200 g each, cut into strips)
- 2 Tbsps yellow Curry paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp mild Curry powder
- 1 small plantain (peeled and sliced)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Fish sauce
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- For the sauce
- 2 Tbsps unsalted Peanuts
- 2 Tbsps Peanut oil
- 1 shallot (finely chopped)
- 1 red chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 1.333 cups Coconut milk
- 4 Tbsps Peanut butter
Preparation steps

Skewer the turkey strips onto sticks in a folding motion.

Mix together the curry paste, turmeric, curry powder, plantain, honey, fish sauce and the oil and puree. Brush the meat with the mixture and marinate for 30 min. Grill the kebabs for 7-10 min.

To make the sauce, dry roast the nuts then remove them from the pan and chop. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the shallot. Add the chilli and quench with the coconut milk. Add the peanuts and the peanut butter and season to taste. Simmer on a medium heat for around 5 min until the sauce thickens. Serve with the kebabs.
