1 bunch Celery
400 grams starchy potatoes
2 Apple (with red skin)
150 grams cooked ham
2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
6 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Scrub the potatoes, cook in boiling salted water for 20 minutes, drain and let moisture evaporate. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces. Drain sauerkraut.

Rinse apples, cut in half, remove cores and cut into slices. Add to a pan with 2 tablespoons of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Rinse celery, cut off ends and cut stalks into slices.

3.

Mix sauerkraut with potatoes, apples and celery. Mix vinegar in a bowl with oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and mix gently. Cut ham into strips and sprinkle over the salad before serving.
