200 grams pickled, red paprika (from a jar)
400 grams white Beans (canned)
250 grams fresh Spinach
2 Tbsps olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
6 Sausage
20 grams clarified butter

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and dice garlic and onion. Drain peppers and cut into pieces. Rinse beans and drain. Rinse spinach and shake dry.

2.

Sauté onion and garlic in hot oil. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Mix in paprika and beans. Let marinate a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

3.

In another pan, fry sausages in melted butter on all sides until browned. Cut sausages into 3 cm (aproximately 1 inch) pieces and mix with vegetables. Serve immediately.
