1 cup chopped, drained, oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes (julienned)
8 Italian sausage (cut Into 1-inch rounds)
salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
4 sprigs fresh rosemary

Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a large heavy-bottomed skillet over low heat. Saute the peppers, onions and garlic for 20 minutes.

Add the sun-dried tomatoes and sliced sausage and saute until the sausage is cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes. Add black olives and cook for about 1 minutes to heat through.
3.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide among servings bowls and garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary. Serve.
