- 5 Regensburger sausages or 1 Lyons (about 800 grams)
- 150 milliliters lukewarm Beef broth
- 1 tsp spicy Mustard
- 2 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps Corn oil
- 1 onion
- 2 Bell pepper (orange and green)
- 2 Pickled cucumbers
- ½ Cucumber
- 2 Tbsps scallions
Preparation steps

Remove skin from sausages and cut into thin slices. Place into a bowl. Prepare marinade by combining broth with mustard, vinegar and oil; season with salt and pepper. Pour marinade over sausages and let stand for at least 2 hours. Before serving, peel onion and cut into rings. Rinse and halve bell peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Cut cornichons into slices. Rinse cucumber, quarters lengthwise and cut into pieces. Combine all vegetables with sausages and season to taste.

If desired, serve with radishes, sour cream and fresh bread.
